Whilst most items are in stock, we lovingly handcraft our products, so please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or for special promotions. We appreciate your patience as we create your magical goodies.

We offer shipping both within the United Kingdom and Worldwide.

For UK orders:
- Standard shipping: Royal Mail 2nd class (or equivalent). Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days after dispatch.
For Worldwide orders:
- We offer various international shipping options through reputable carriers such as Royal Mail.
- Estimated delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on the destination country and the shipping service selected. These estimates will be provided at checkout. Please be aware that customs processing in your country may also affect delivery times, and this is outside of our control.

Scents The Magic are not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees incurred upon arrival in your destination country. We recommend chekcing with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we take great care in packaging your order, occassionally items may be damaged during transit or packages may be lost.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow a reasonable period for potential delays within the postal network and customs processing (especially for international orders). If your package is still missing after this period (typically allow 6-7 weeks for international orders after dispatch), please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
Returns due to shipping issues:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if you fail to collect your parcel within the specified timeframe, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for resending the order, regardless of whether the original order qualified for free shipping.
